Your tour this afternoon takes you
to the delightful town of Old Shanklin where the thatched
cottages offer a range of tearooms and gift shops (refreshments
not included). You will have some free time to explore
this delightful village before you begin your guided
walking tour to Bonchurch which is famous for its past
literary residents, Dickens, Swinbourne and Shaw. You
will also see this afternoon the church of St Boniface
built in 1070 on the original site of the church built
200 years earlier by St Boniface.
On arrival in Bonchurch you coach will be waiting close
by to take you back to Cowes and your awaiting ship.
