The ports of Whitehaven and Workington
settle on the North West coast of England on the edge
of the glorious Lake District National Park. Along with
the port of Barrow-in-Furness to the South, they serve
as access points to some of the most wonderful scenery
that England has to offer.
The scenery is exceptional with high mountains, breathtaking
lakes and charming villages. Home to the
poet Wordsworth
this is an opportunity to visit several of the houses
he lived in throughout his life, and to learn more of
his beautiful poetry as well as seeing much of the scenery
that so inspired his work.
