Cardiff & Newport

Cardiff and Newport lie close together on the South coast of Wales, close to the Bristol Channel and English border. Guests can visit the dream-inspiring Tintern Abbey, mentioned in the poems of Wordsworth and featuring in the paintings of Turner; it has inspired many before. Alternatively, head into the metropolis of Cardiff to see the old (Castle), alongside the new (devolved Welsh Assembly).
